Yes you will require a current CSCS card relevant to your activities.

We evaluate everybody’s work Monday to Wednesday and payment is made via BACS on Friday of each week.

On average we carry out work on 14 to 16 number sites for various contractors, so not only can we offer continuity but also work within a reasonable travelling time.

Before pricing a masonry package we will evaluate whether we have the necessary work force and supervision to carry out the works in the time frame required. To help achieve this we carry out regular labour / progress meetings.

We look at our payment terms for each job on an individual basis. There are certain factors which will determine if we require fortnightly payments or could accept monthly invoicing. As you will appreciate cash flow is important for any company.

Yes, all our management and supervision staff are SMSTS qualified. We allow for visiting supervision within our pricing structure.
