J. Walker Ltd offer a comprehensive range of bricklaying services to the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. Through our experience and knowledge, we can assist our clients through the entire process from pre-tender until final account.

Pre-construction:

Upon receipt of a brickwork package our commercial department will quantify, price and return to the client a total cost for the project. Our pricing can be structured to allow stage payments to be made throughout the duration of the contract. At this stage both our commercial and construction teams will review drawings supplied and highlight to the client any potential issues. We feel that the more input at this early stage is fundamental in a contract running smoothly.

Construction/ Build:

Once awarded a contract we will attend a pre-start meeting where we can discuss our element of the build process with the site team and at this point look to eliminate any potential site issues or offer advice on how to minimise their impact. We will discuss programme and labour requirements along with our quality checks carried out by our supervision. We will continually monitor our resources, quality and adherence to programme throughout the duration of the contract

Aftercare:

Here at J. Walker Brickwork Ltd we ensure all our sites are maintained during the defects period to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
